Qualifications

• Must hold an Active Pennsylvania PTA license.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for resident interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with therapy exercises and treatment plans.
• Support improvements in strength, balance, mobility, and independence.
• Work closely with therapists, nursing staff, and care teams.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the care team.
• Encourage and motivate residents throughout their rehabilitation journey.
