Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a compassionate psychiatric nurse practitioner to provide consultations in nursing homes in Fall River, MA. You will work with a supportive team and receive full administrative and clinical mentorship.

Qualifications

• MSN degree required.
• Active Psychiatric NP license required.
• ANNC Board Certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities required.
• Ability to travel within Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with nursing home staff, residents, and families.
• Proactively follow up with patients and assess intervention efficacy.
• Provide education on best practices.
• Round at assigned nursing homes and advise on psychiatric medications and treatments.
• Integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions where possible.
