Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider at Oakmont of Novato to assist residents with daily living activities and promote independence in a warm senior living environment.

You will support bathing, eating, dressing, transferring, and mobility while upholding dignity, safety, and confidentiality. Training is provided, and the role emphasizes compassionate service and teamwork with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.
• Report observed changes of condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
