VenVisor Health is hiring a Primary Care NP/PA to provide on-site care for residents in long-term care facilities in Rutherfordton, NC. This full-time role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships and collaborative care with interdisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will have an active NP or PA license, NC licensure, and at least 6 months’ experience in long-term care, with strong communication and clinical skills. On-site work with competitive annual compensation between $115k and $160k.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA license
• North Carolina state license in good standing
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care goals
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents
