Job summary

TIC Power Construction is seeking a Care and Preservation (C&P) Manager to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of all preservation activities for large-scale power generation and energy infrastructure projects. This role ensures equipment and facilities are protected from receipt through turnover to maintain warranties and reduce rework.

Responsibilities include program management, preservation of major equipment, inspections, documentation, and leadership across engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 8+ years in industrial construction, power generation, energy, or asset preservation.
• Experience managing preservation programs for large capital projects.
• Knowledge of power plant systems, storage, warranties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee Care and Preservation programs and execution plans.
• Establish preservation requirements based on vendor recommendations and project specs.
• Ensure preservation activities align with schedules and turnover milestones.
• Maintain preservation records to support warranties and turnover.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Quality teams.
