Job summary

Curana Health seeks a mission-driven physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will build strong relationships with facility staff and mentor APPs to ensure consistent, coordinated care.

The role offers autonomy of private practice with the resources and growth opportunities of a leading healthcare organization dedicated to transforming senior care. Travel to assigned facilities is required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care with histories and physicals on new patients and routine rounds (min weekly).
• Partner with APPs to manage regulatory and complex visits, ensuring compliance and clinical excellence.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the team to elevate care delivery.
• Close quality gaps and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission and values as a clinical leader and ambassador in communities served.
