Job summary
Curana Health is seeking a mission-driven Physician to provide high-quality, person-centered care in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will build strong relationships with facility staff, mentor APPs, and lead clinical initiatives to improve outcomes while enjoying the autonomy of private practice within a leading healthcare organization.

Qualifications
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine
- Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment
- Active DEA License
- Proficiency with EMR
- Compassionate, intelligent, motivated, and a team player
Responsibilities
- Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounding at least weekly
- Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits
- Oversee APP performance and mentor the team
- Close quality gaps to drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes
- Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health’s mission in communities
