You will collaborate with APPs to ensure coordinated care, mentor staff, and advance health outcomes for vulnerable residents. Qualifikationen

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment; active DEA license.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care by evaluating new patients and performing routine rounds.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage complex visits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor care teams to elevate delivery quality.
• Close quality gaps to drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health’s mission in communities served.
• Maintain relationships with facility staff and participate in physician leadership activities.
