Curana Health is seeking a mission-driven physician to join our team and deliver high-quality, person-centered care in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers to ensure comprehensive visits and ongoing care coordination.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the employment state.
• Active DEA license.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals for new patients and routine rounds (min once weekly).
• Collaborate with APPs to manage complex visits and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor APPs to elevate care delivery and outcomes.
• Close quality gaps and improve patient outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission as a clinical leader in communities.
