Job summary

An established PACE program near Boston is seeking a Physician trained in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine to provide comprehensive primary care to older adults with complex needs. The role features a Monday–Friday, 40-hour schedule, EPIC EMR, a panel of about 80, and a call rotation every 12–16 weeks.

Board-certified candidates and those with experience treating older adults are encouraged to apply; Spanish language skills are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine.
• Experience caring for older adults or medically complex populations preferred.
• Spanish language skills preferred, however, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to frail participants enrolled in the PACE program.
• Maintain a 40-hour, Monday–Friday schedule with 8-hour days.
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records to document and coordinate care.
• Collaborate in a mission-driven, team-oriented environment; manage a panel of ~80 patients; participate in call every 12–16 weeks.
