Job summary

Enterprise Medical Recruiting seeks a Geriatrician to join a nonprofit Boston-area center serving adults 55+ under the PACE model. The role emphasizes care in skilled nursing facilities with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 am to 4 pm, no on-call, and a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

The position offers market-rate compensation with full benefits and opportunities to coordinate comprehensive primary and specialty services aimed at helping seniors stay in their homes safely.

Qualifications

• Provide complete and highly personalized geriatric care to seniors.
• Deliver team-based care with physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, behavioral health specialists, and CNAs.
• Mandarin or Cantonese fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate services.
• Support seniors to live independently and safely in their homes for as long as possible.
• No on-call requirement.
