Job summary
Legacy Healthcare Services seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehab team, delivering one-on-one therapy to residents under medical orders. You’ll be part of a holistic, patient-centered care approach and collaborate closely with therapists to improve quality of life.

Qualifications
- Associate’s of applied science degree is required.
- Current license in state of practice is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills are expected.
- Computer proficiency is required.
Responsibilities
- Share your skills as part of an on-site rehabilitation team for patients under medical orders.
- Provide one-on-one therapy services with a holistic, patient-centered approach.
- Receive mentorship and hands-on experience with innovative technologies and therapeutic treatments.
