Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitation team in a senior living setting. You will provide one-on-one therapy, support rehabilitative services under medical orders, and collaborate with a coordinated care team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s of applied science degree in area of discipline.
• Current license in state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site rehabilitative care and one-on-one therapy to residents.
• Assist with rehabilitative services under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Receive mentorship and hands-on experience with innovative technologies and therapies.
• Support career advancement and development of clinical interests.
