Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) degree or equivalent.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice or ability to obtain before start.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to residents under medical orders as part of a care team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care for patients.
