Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist (PRN) to provide rehabilitative services to senior residents, plan treatment programs, and work within a coordinated care team.

This on-site role emphasizes one-on-one sessions and individualized treatment approaches to improve quality of life. The position requires a degree in the field, an active PT license or ability to obtain, and strong interpersonal, clinical, and fiscal skills, plus computer proficiency.

Competenze

• Degree in the area of discipline.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Mansioni

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one on one, with individualized attention through private treatment sessions.
• Ability to individualize treatment sessions.
