Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Review physician orders and prepare medications, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Dispense medications following policy, labeling, and disposal guidelines.
• Maintain pharmacy records, patient profiles, and inventories.
• Monitor drug therapies and advise on interventions when needed.
• Train staff and interns; support pharmacists in workflow and quality assurance.
• Screen for drug interactions, duplications, and contraindications using computer systems.
