The Legacy at Long Meadow is hiring a Caregiver/Care Partner for the 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM). You will support seniors with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment in a community setting. Flexible scheduling, benefits, and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience working with older adults.
• Must possess applicable state certifications for caregiving.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide compassionate support and companionship to residents.
• Report observations to nursing staff and participate in care planning.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
