Ridgeland Place Assisted Living and Memory Care in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a Caregiver/Care Partner to join our team. You will support residents with daily activities, provide compassionate care, and help create a warm, safe living environment.

We welcome caregivers with state certifications, the ability to communicate clearly in English, and the stamina to assist residents who may need lifting or transfer support.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
