Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: assist elders with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Health monitoring and documentation: observe, document, and report changes in health or behavior to the Wellness Team.
• Provide emotional support: offer companionship and engage in conversation to address loneliness, anxiety, and emotional challenges.
• Assist with meals: help elders with meals and may feed those needing support.
• Engage in social and recreational activities: support residents in life-enriching activities for well-being.
• Communicate with elders, families, team members, and guests.
• Light housekeeping: help maintain general cleanliness.
