Job summary

Compass Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to support seniors with daily living activities in our Grants Pass community. You will assist with personal care, monitor health, provide companionship, help with meals, and participate in life-enriching activities.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and commitment to resident well-being. A flexible shift from 1:30p to 10p up to 30 hours per week supports our mission.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Observe, document, and report changes in health or behavior to the Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Engage in social and recreational activities for resident well-being.
• Communicate with residents, families, other team members, and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness with light housekeeping.
