Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ seeks Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote comfort, safety, and dignity, and work in a supportive team setting.

Schedule is Full Time: Tuesdays through Saturdays, 6am to 2:30pm at 580 S. Gilbert Road, Gilbert, AZ 85296. Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while following safety protocols.
• Prioritize independence and provide emotional support through engagement and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping (beds, tidying rooms).
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
