Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (teeth care, toileting, bathing, incontinence, dressing) with compassion.
• Provide supervision or non-weight-bearing assistance related to transfers as needed.
• Communicate and coordinate resident needs with the care team.
• Work under nurse supervision and direction.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls from Independent Living residents.
• Assist residents with other daily needs as necessary.
