Alderwood Health & Rehab in Lynnwood, WA is hiring compassionate CNAs for full-time shifts (6a-2:30p, 2p-10:30p, 10p-6:30a). Earn $22–$25.15 per hour with shift differentials. Join a team that values care and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in good standing in the relevant state.
• Previous experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under supervision and perform basic procedures.
• Assist residents with daily care including bathing, grooming, hygiene.
• Keep residents dry and change gowns when wet or soiled.
• Assist with bed making and infection control.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers as needed.
• Record heights, weights, temperatures, pulses and blood pressures as instructed.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the nurse.
