Job summary

bizjobz LLC is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist in California to drive enrollment through community outreach and strategic partnerships. The role emphasizes building relationships with senior centers, facilities, churches, and community leaders, while educating referral sources about available healthcare services.

The ideal candidate will have a B2C sales/marketing background, familiarity with healthcare settings, and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Athena.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a B2C sales and marketing role.
• At least one year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches.
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve monthly goals.
• Provide education regarding services to community referral sources.
