Job summary

6 Degrees Search seeks a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive enrollment for our client across San Jose, Sacramento, and Fresno. You will build community relationships, coordinate outreach, and educate senior-care referrals to participate in the program.

The role is hybrid in California with a base salary of $75,000 plus bonus. Ideal candidates have a marketing or healthcare administration background and DHCS marketing training, plus practical sales/marketing experience in healthcare or senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing role within healthcare or senior care.
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches.
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve monthly targets.
• Provide education regarding services to community referral sources.
