Job summary

Healthcare Sales Specialist role in San Jose–Sacramento–Fresno markets. The position drives enrollment by building relationships in communities, generating referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or healthcare administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year in a sales/marketing role, ideally in healthcare or senior care.
• Experience in outreach and partnership development in community settings.
• Tech exposure including Salesforce or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches.

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.
