Genesis in Delaware Seaford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead nursing operations in our long-term care facility. You will drive clinical and staff excellence and ensure a patient-centered, cost-conscious care environment.

The role requires an active RN license, minimum 1 year of nurse leadership in long-term care, at least 2 years of clinical experience, MDS knowledge, and on-call availability. Posted salary range is USD 140,000–150,000 per year with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care.
• At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Knowledge of the MDS process and state/federal regulations.
• On-call availability is required.
