Job summary

Genesis HealthCare seeks a nurse leader to oversee long-term care operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff excellence. You will direct day-to-day nursing activities, promote collaborative practice, and align care with regulatory standards to deliver cost-effective outcomes.

The role requires an RN license, 1+ year of leadership in long-term care, 2+ years of clinical experience, and on-call availability. BSN preferred, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Knowledge of MDS process and state/federal regulations.
• On-call availability required.

Responsibilities

• Drive business, staff, clinical and patient/customer experience excellence.
• Provide service and leadership for day-to-day patient care operations.
• Promote top-of-license practice and collaboration.
• Communicate a shared vision for clinical excellence and cost-effective care.
