Job summary

Sanford Health / Good Samaritan is seeking a Senior Nursing Assistant for Augusta Place in Bismarck, ND. The role focuses on resident-centered care in a 65-bed long-term and post-acute facility with an attached 16-bed AL unit.

The NA will assist with daily living activities, documentation, and mobility support under RN supervision. Evening, night, and weekend shifts with differential opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Two years' clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide help with transferring, repositioning, and mobility exercises as directed.
• Document resident interactions, vital signs, and care provided in the charting system.
• Support housekeeping and laundry to keep resident areas clean and safe.
• Participate in restorative nursing activities and patient-focused care plans.
• Follow infection control policies and PPE guidelines at all times.
