Curana Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in skilled nursing and senior living settings across multiple communities. You will build relationships with residents, families, and care teams while delivering proactive, autonomous care.

Travel to assigned facilities is required as part of the role, with support from experienced clinicians and leadership. Licensing and board certification are essential for practice in the state of operations.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA license in the state of operations.
• Master's degree in nursing or physician assistant studies required.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Punctuality, organization, and teamwork are essential.
