Oakmont Management Group, operating Ivy Living communities, is seeking a Medication Technician for full-time PM/NOC shifts at the San Juan Capistrano location. You will supervise and assist in administering medications and provide direct personal care to residents while coordinating with care teams.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following established safety standards.
