Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a designated group of residents and checks on them throughout the shift.
• Documents changes in residents' conditions and observes for health updates.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living like bathing and dressing.
• Engages residents in life enrichment activities and promotes independence.
