Bethany Home Association Of Lindsbo in Kansas seeks an Entry Level Nursing Assistant to support Assisted Living residents under supervision. You will assist with daily care, take vital signs, and help dispense medications as ordered.

Maintain a clean, well‑stocked medication cart, document administrations accurately, follow the Five Rights of Medication Administration, and observe resident changes for reporting to the Charge Nurse.

Qualificações

• State of Kansas Nurse’s Aide Certification.
• Medication Aide Certification.
• Knowledge of the five rights of medication administration.
• Ability to observe changes in resident condition and report to the Assisted Living Nurse.
• Documentation according to Bethany Home Assisted Living policy.
• Ability to work with residents, staff and families while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Pass medications as ordered by physician.
• Take vital signs as ordered.
• Observe for possible need for PRN medications and report observations to the Assisted Living Nurse.
• Administer PRN medications as ordered by the Assisted Living Nurse.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked medication cart.
• Understand and maintain confidentiality.
• Complete all assigned in-service training.
• All other assigned duties.
