Sunrise Senior Living in Severna Park, MD is seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech to administer medications safely and accurately, following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration. You will document in MAR/TAR in real time and monitor residents during and after passes to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, Medication Administration certification, CPR/First Aid certifications, and strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Observe residents during and after medication passes.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief.
• Report refusals or concerns promptly.
