Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey is seeking qualified CNAs for part-time and per diem schedules. You will assist residents with activities of daily living and support clinical teams to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.

Minimum requirements include 18+ years old, NJ CNA certification, Medication Administration certification as required by state, with CPR certification preferred.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CNA certification for New Jersey.
• Current Medication Administration certification per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents’ needs promptly and administer medications as directed.
