Cardinal Bay, a mission-driven not-for-profit senior living health care provider, seeks a Full-Time Resident Medication Tech for Village on the Park Steeplechase in Houston. You will administer medications, monitor responses, and document updates with professionalism and compassion.

Shifts are 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. four days on, two days off, including weekends and holidays. Join a team focused on dignity, respect, and resident independence.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of resident care experience.
• Clear communication with residents and colleagues.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitors response to treatment and notes changes.
• Maintains medication room cleanliness and records.
• Follows infection control policies for medication administration.
• Assists residents with medication and supervises self-administration.
• Documents health and medication changes daily as required.
• Counts controlled substances with supervisor before shift changes.
• Responds promptly to resident requests and emergencies.
• Encourages teamwork among staff.
