Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a home-like environment. You will observe symptoms, document changes, respond to calls, and assist with activities of daily living while maintaining safety and dignity for each resident.

The role includes medication-related duties, ensuring confidentiality, and collaborating with nurses/health care coordinators.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred
• First Aid Certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and conditions; respond to changes.
• Respond to security system and resident call bells promptly.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation of resident suites.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration rates.
• Assist in medication passes and restock medication cart as needed.
