Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Previous Med Tech experience
• Passion for serving seniors
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with EMAR systems
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Responsabilités

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments on schedule
• Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ health or behavior
• Perform delegated tasks such as blood sugar testing or insulin administration
• Maintain proper storage and management of medications
• Take and record vital signs
• Communicate with nurses, physicians, and pharmacies for continuity of care
• Act as a leader and point person during shift, including emergencies
• Maintain a clean, organized medication room and documentation
• Collaborate with caregivers and team to support resident well-being
