Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC is seeking experienced Medication Technicians to join The Springs at Lancaster Village in Salem, Oregon. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with a compassionate care team to enhance quality of life for seniors.

Ideal candidates have prior Med Tech or similar experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and a genuine dedication to safe, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ year of professional experience administering medications to multiple clients.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Previous senior care experience as a Med Tech, Caregiver, Medication Aide, or similar role.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Genuine compassion for seniors and dedication to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications and treatments.
• Measure and record vital signs and weight.
• Communicate with physicians, implement orders, and document important health information.
• Coordinate with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and other team members to support resident well-being.
