The Springs Living, LLC is seeking experienced Medication Technicians to join The Springs at Lancaster Village in Salem, Oregon. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with a compassionate care team to enhance quality of life for seniors.

Ideal candidates have prior Med Tech or similar experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and a genuine dedication to safe, person-centered care.

Competenze

Must be 18 years or older.
1+ year of professional experience administering medications to multiple clients.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Previous senior care experience as a Med Tech, Caregiver, Medication Aide, or similar role.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Genuine compassion for seniors and dedication to quality care.

Mansioni

Safely administer medications and treatments.
Measure and record vital signs and weight.
Communicate with physicians, implement orders, and document important health information.
Coordinate with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services.
Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and other team members to support resident well-being.
