Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Jefferson City, MO seeks a Certified Medication Technician for all shifts. You will assist in administering medications to residents under supervision while adhering to facility policies and documentation requirements.

The role requires a state-approved medication tech license, strong communication, and teamwork to support nurses and residents across care settings.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or equivalent.
• Licensed Medication Technician with state-approved training and exam.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the physician and under supervision.
• Note and report any errors in medication administration.
• Help develop and implement procedures to determine and prevent medication errors.
• Complete necessary forms, charts, and reports as required.
• Document drug receipt errors with written reports signed by observer.
