Job summary

The Springs at Lancaster Village in Salem, OR is seeking an experienced Medication Technician to join our assisted living community. You’ll safely administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with nurses and physicians. This role supports high-quality care in a compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of professional medication administration to multiple residents.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Previous senior care experience as Med Tech or similar role.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Genuine compassion and commitment to quality elder care.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications and treatments to residents.

The Springs at Lancaster Village is hiring experienced Medication Technicians to join our assisted living community. If you’re passionate about senior care and have professional experience administering medications to multiple residents, we’d love to meet you. Job Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications and treatments
• Measure and record vital signs and weight
• Communicate with physicians, implement orders, and document important health information
• Coordinate with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services

• Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and other team members to support resident well-being

Shift Hours

• Noc Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00AM Wednesday-Saturday

Med Tech Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1+ year of professional experience administering medications to multiple clients at once
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Previous senior care experience as a Med Tech, Caregiver, Medication Aide, or similar role
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Genuine compassion for seniors and dedication to quality care
