Sapphire Health Services, LLC in Oregon seeks a dedicated Med Tech to join our community-based care team. You will deliver compassionate care, administer medications, monitor residents, and support overall wellness.

Shifts include Day, Swing, Noc, and On-call; the ideal candidate will work well in a team, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to state and federal regulations. We offer comprehensive benefits and a warm, supportive environment focused on dignity and quality of life.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred (assisted living, long-term care or community-based care).
• Ability to lift, bend, and assist with mobility; must be able to pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for residents and families.
• Medication Administration: Prepare and administer medications as prescribed, following all regulations and policies; maintain accurate records.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to appropriate team members.
• Assistance with Daily Living: Help residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with nursing and other healthcare professionals to create care plans.
• Documentation: Accurately document all care, medications, and observations.
• Emergency Response: Act promptly following protocols to ensure resident safety.
• Family Communication: Update families on health status and changes in care.
• Compliance: Adhere to regulations and company policies on healthcare and safety.
• Other duties as assigned
