Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare experience in assisted living, long-term care, or community-based care preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Foster a supportive environment for residents and families.
• Medication administration: prepare and administer medications as prescribed and maintain records.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the clinical team.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living with dignity and comfort.
• Collaborate with nursing and other professionals to develop care plans.
• Document all care and medications accurately per policy.
• Respond promptly to emergencies following protocols.
• Communicate health updates to residents’ families.
