Job summary

StaffMED Health Partners, LLC seeks a physician to provide senior care and post-acute medicine in Colorado Front Range facilities. The role emphasizes facility-based rounding across skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, rehab, and group homes.

You will join a team with APP partnership and RN, LPN, and MA triage support, with the flexibility of full-time or part-time engagement and coverage across Northern Colorado to Colorado Springs.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Comfort with post-acute and facility-based rounding.
• Colorado license or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Facility-based rounding across skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, memory care, rehab, and group homes.
• No clinic walls; care provided in facility-based settings.
• Rounding across the Front Range from Northern Colorado through the Denver area to Colorado Springs.
• Team model with APP partnership and RN, LPN, and MA triage support.
