Rocky Mountain Senior Care is the largest post-acute care practice in Colorado with 100+ physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants covering 700+ assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, skilled nursing homes, memory care facilities, and group homes ranging from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins with Denver in the middle.

We are looking for a full‑time or part‑time Physician to join our family in Central Denver.

Call is scheduled every other month with the flexibility to trade, take call or take another's call. The option is yours.

Compensation

Target Salary: $275,000 plus uncapped wRVU income.

Call compensation: Weekday $200, Weekend $275, Holidays $300.
