Rocky Mountain Senior Care, the largest post-acute care practice in Colorado, seeks a full‑time or part‑time Physician to join our team serving Greely, Windsor and Fort Collins, with Denver in the middle. Board eligible/board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required.

Supervisory experience and interest in working with advanced practice providers are valued. Geriatric fellowship training or subspecialty interests are welcome, with a target salary of $275,000 plus uncapped RVU
