The position offers pay ranging from $32.00 to $40.00 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings and nights, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and $1,500 for part-time.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
• A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Assess, observe, and document residents' clinical condition in the EMR and notify providers when needed.
• Update care plans to reflect changes in resident needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately according to orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond promptly and professionally to residents and families.
• Contribute to clinical indicator reviews (falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the RN clinical leader.
