Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver clinical care to residents in a continuing care retirement community in Glen Mills, PA. You will follow nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living guidelines to support residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

The role offers competitive pay from $32.00 to $40.00 per hour, with evening and night shift differentials, a $3,000 full-time sign-on bonus, and a $1,500 part-time bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Nursing program (LPN).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
• A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, placing residents first across physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assess and document residents' clinical condition in the EMR; notify RN/ provider as needed.
• Update care plans to reflect changes in resident needs and services.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely, accurately, and per orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents, families, or responsible parties professionally and promptly.
• Participate in clinical indicator reviews (falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc.).
• Assist RN clinical leader with other duties as assigned.
