Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical care to residents in our continuing care retirement community in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on compassionate, resident-centered care and adherence to nursing standards of practice.

Offer includes a wage scale of $32.00–$40.00 per hour, evening/night shift differentials, a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, $1,500 for part-time, comprehensive benefits, 401k, and on-site medical

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with residents and families to support physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assessing, observing, and documenting residents' clinical conditions in the EMR.
• Updating care plans as needed to reflect changes in resident care and service needs.
• Supervising and leading care associates.
• Administering medications timely, accurately, and per orders.
• Participating in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Responding to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner.
• Participating in reviews of clinical indicators such as falls, wounds, nutrition, and antipsychotic use.
